Return Policy and Return of Items

1. Right to Return: You have the right to return the product within 14 days without giving any explanation. The withdrawal period will expire after 14 days from the date you received your products.

2. Method of Exercising the Right of Withdrawal: To exercise your right of withdrawal, you are required to inform us of your decision through an explicit statement. You may do so by contacting us at info@prowoodcut.com or through our contact form on the website.

3. Effect of Withdrawal: If you decide to withdraw from the product, we will refund all payments made, including delivery costs, without undue delay and in any event within 14 days from the date we are informed of your decision. The refund will be made using the same means of payment you used for the transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise.

4. Returns and Shipping: You are requested to return the goods or deliver them to us without undue delay and in any event within 14 days from the date you notify us of your withdrawal. You will be responsible for the cost of returning the goods. It is your responsibility to ensure that the item is returned in the same condition in which it was received.

5. Exceptions to the Right of Withdrawal: The Right of Withdrawal does not apply in the case of sealed goods that are not suitable to be returned for hygienic or health protection-related reasons and have been opened after delivery.
